Deco Champions is a real estate investment fund (REIF), offered to foreign investors who are looking to invest in property in the United States, enjoy expected returns of approximately 5-7% annually, and have access to a home during one week per year, at no cost. The fund will invest in residential units in the Lennar-built ChampionsGate development in Orlando, FL, a well-established and highly regarded development close to Disney World, and the family-friendly fun Orlando has to offer. Additionally, ChampionsGate offers a wealth of its own amenities for all ages, including a lazy river, a splash park, golf, restaurants, and sports facilities, making it the ideal spot for family vacations.

The Fund will be comprised of 25 membership units each representing approximately a 3.96% economic interest. Each unit will cost $87,500 USD payable to Deco Champions, LLC. The cost of each unit includes $7,500 in admin fees.
All Fund properties would be managed by professional property managers who would handle all aspects of the rentals, maintenance, and accounting. All activities of the Fund would be viewable through an online portal.
Each subscriber would be entitled to one free week stay in a rental unit owned by the Fund during non-peak season. The use of the unit would expire each year if not used by the subscriber, who could assign the week reserved to a third party and keep that rental revenue as extra income.
