The extension for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program was approved until December 7, 2018, with no increase to the minimum investment requirement. President Donald Trump signed an appropriations bill previously approved by the U.S. House of Representatives, which is now in effect. The spending bill in the amount of $854 billion dollars includes funding for the Department of Defense (DOD), the Labor, Health and Human Services (LHHS), among others and includes the extension of the EB-5 Program until December 7.
